Andorra Telecom has successfully implemented Netcracker Technology’s cloud-native BSS and OSS solutions. The latest solutions were implemented using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This full-stack, SaaS deployment marks a significant upgrade in the telecommunications infrastructure of the Principality of Andorra.
Netrcracker Digital BSS and Digital OSS both form part of the Netcracker Digital Platform, which aims to provide operators with an IT foundation that supports fixed-mobile convergence and allows for the roll-out of advanced digital services. This, ultimately, benefits both the operators’ B2C and B2B customers. There are also benefits to hosting the solution on AWS’ cloud platform. Andorra Telecom will now be able to leverage Agile software development and DevOps, reducing IT complexity while supporting continuous updates. This is expected to not only enhance flexibility but also contribute to cost reduction.
