According to Lyca, the reorganization follows an in-depth review prompted by growing competition and rising costs in the telecom sector. The company intends to reinvest the savings from these initiatives into expanding its market presence.

Key changes include leveraging global business service centers in strategically important regions and transitioning country-specific operations into “leaner, sales-focused” units. Lyca anticipates the measures will significantly improve operational efficiency, speed up the rollout of new services, and enhance customer experience.
