Bouygues Telecom has officially acquired La Poste Telecom from La Poste Group and SFR.
Operating under the La Poste Mobile brand, the deal also includes an exclusive distribution agreement involving La Poste, La Poste Telecom, and La Banque Postale. This strategic move is set to increase Bouygues Telecom’s mobile customer base. Additionally, it grants Bouygues access to La Poste’s extensive distribution network, comprising 7,000 post offices.
Following its acquisition, La Poste Telecom, chaired by Julien Tétu, is now a subsidiary of the Bouygues Telecom group. The company employs 400 staff members and reported sales exceeding EUR 300 million in 2023.
