Spanish Operator Finetwork Teams Up with Amdocs to Revolutionize Core Business Systems

Amdocs has partnered with Spanish service provider, Finetwork, to upgrade its core systems, allowing it to offer end-users triple-play options that include fiber, TV, and mobile services in a more flexible and cost-effective manner.

Flexibility in this context means that Finetwork can customize these bundled offerings to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual customers or target market segments.

Ensuring Maximum Flexibility and Scalability

Finetwork will have a ready-to-use solution for expedient onboarding and comprehensive customer lifecycle management with the AI-powered Amdocs Digital Brands Suite as a Service, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is delivered through a cloud-native serverless architecture and pay-as-you-grow business model to ensure maximum flexibility and scalability.

The new system will provide Finetwork customers with a complete digital experience while also allowing the operator to seamlessly scale and respond quickly to changing market dynamics. The Amdocs system will also allow Finetwork to connect multiple network providers, manage resellers, and manage mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).
