Live Intelligence

Developed by Orange’s innovation teams, Live Intelligence has been tested extensively by over 50,000 Orange employees over the past year. Designed to transform internal workflows, it has demonstrated ease of use and rapid adoption, leading to significant efficiency gains within the organization.

The solution also tackles the risks associated with “Shadow AI”—the uncontrolled use of free online AI tools by employees, which can lead to sensitive data breaches. With Live Intelligence, Orange Business offers a secure and efficient alternative to mitigate such risks while fostering responsible AI usage.

Orange Business has enhanced its Live Intelligence platform with a new multi-LLM feature, designed to meet the needs of both novice and advanced users. Available in a user-friendly SaaS model, the solution aims to drive the managed adoption of generative AI (GenAI) across businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that form the backbone of the European economy.

Consisting of a simple, intuitive interface, Live Intelligence provides employees with access to a library of pre-configured prompts for common tasks such as analyzing or summarizing documents, extracting key details from email chains, writing meeting minutes, drafting agendas, preparing interviews, and editing articles.

This core set of features ensures easy adoption by teams, delivering tangible improvements in operational efficiency. The solution also maintains flexibility and scalability while ensuring the secure management of data, which is hosted and handled within Europe. Additionally, businesses can monitor GenAI deployment, including tracking the type of LLM used, user activity, and consumption through a dedicated dashboard.

“Supporting business innovation through digital services is at the heart of our strategy. Live Intelligence enables all businesses, regardless of their size or sector, to leverage the power of GenAI to improve operational efficiency and customer experience without compromising the security of their data. AI is more than just a technology; it represents a fundamental shift in how we envision future applications,” said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Business.
