First Orion has recently announced its collaboration with Vodafone Germany in order to expand business adoption of branded calling in Germany.
First Orion was first to the market with branded calling technologies that put trust and transparency back into the phone call and will be pivotal in bringing Vodafone’s CallerID to market in the country.
CallerID enables businesses to improve their outbound calls by displaying their name on the cellphones of their customers. This branding project enhances the efficiency of firms’ calling tactics and raises the quality of phone conversations, resulting in improved consumer engagement.
Businesses may improve customer experiences, operational efficiency and their bottom lines by increasing the effectiveness of the phone channel. A financial services company reported a 76% increase in first-call conversions using branded calling technologies.
Customers expect firms to brand their calls, and according to a First Orion survey, nearly three out of four respondents would consider doing business with a rival who does the same.
