AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) and Daisy Communications have entered a long-term strategic partnership to enhance full-fiber connectivity across the UK.
The collaboration will see Daisy Communications leverage APFN’s wholesale platform, aquila, to access a nationwide, fiber-only network.
By integrating with the aquila platform, Daisy Communications will streamline operations through a single application programming interface (API)-first system, enabling it to deliver high-speed broadband to millions of premises.
As part of the agreement, Daisy Communications will also acquire APFN’s business-to-business (B2B) direct customer base, previously managed under the Giganet brand. The transition ensures that affected customers will retain their current service levels and in-contract pricing, with the migration process designed to be seamless.
Jarlath Finnegan, Group CEO of AllPoints Fibre Networks, stated, “The Daisy deal marks another key milestone for APFN. Daisy now has access to the UK’s largest full-fiber wholesale network, benefiting the customers who have supported us along the way. We want to thank them and look forward to continuing that support through Daisy in the years ahead.”

“We’re delighted to have signed a deal with AFPN to bring the UK’s largest full fiber wholesale offering to our customers. We’re also pleased to welcome several customers into Daisy as part of our deal and we’re looking forward to working alongside them to keep Britain working,” added Dave McGinn, CEO of Daisy Communications.
Both companies confirmed that the changes are effective immediately, with all impacted customers already notified.
