A1 Croatia has introduced its new Security Operations Center (SOC) service, designed to enhance cybersecurity for businesses through continuous monitoring and threat detection. The service ensures seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, providing businesses with robust protection against cyber threats without disrupting operations.
A1 Croatia’s SOC begins with a comprehensive assessment of a company’s IT systems and security needs, allowing for a tailored implementation that aligns with existing frameworks. Once deployed, the service immediately takes over active monitoring and incident response, backed by regular system testing to maintain optimal performance.

Siniša Staničić, Director, ICT Sales and Solutions, A1 Croatia, explained, “The development of modern technologies and the increasingly complex digital environment require appropriate, proactive protection and strengthening of the level of business security. In order to enable business users to respond to new challenges, we have launched a Security Operations Center that increases the resilience of companies to cyberattacks and enables them to comply with the new, expanded cybersecurity requirements prescribed by the NIS2 directive. The local support we provide, along with a high level of security, will ultimately ensure that our business users can focus on their business, while A1’s expert team takes care of their security.”
As part of the SOC offering, A1 Croatia delivers in-depth security reports, expert recommendations, and 24/7 support, enabling businesses to strengthen their cybersecurity strategies and safeguard their critical data.
