Foundational Data for AI Development
Nova will incorporate Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, enabling Telenor to develop generative AI (GenAI) applications using over 150 compatible foundation models, including Google’s Gemini large language model (LLM). Additionally, the platform will integrate Google Cloud’s ‘Looker’ for business insights to enhance data interpretation and analysis.
Through Nova, Telenor aims to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences and optimize network operations across its Nordic region. The platform will also utilize Google Cloud’s real-time data tools—Dataflow, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub, Dataform, and Dataplex—to rapidly generate deep analytical insights from large data sets, potentially transforming product development timelines.
